Moth and Flame Candle Company is not responsible for the misuse of any and all of our products. All products include a warning label stating the safety concerns surrounding candle use. Please follow these warning labels, as they are provided for your safety. Please burn your candles responsibly.
Refund Policy
In the event that there are substantial issues with an order including but not limited to damaged product, defective product, or was not delivered within the 10 business day time frame, please reach out to us directly.

If we are unable to resolve these issues, than a partial or full refund may be offered, or replacement products if available. A delivery arriving outside of the 10 business day timeframe will not be eligible for a refund as long as the package is received by the recipient in good condition. Refunds or replacements for goods due to defects or damage will be available for 30 days from the purchase date as long as photos and details of the issue are provided, and interfere with the use and enjoyment of our candles. Whether refunds are partial or full is up to the discretion of Moth and Flame Candle Company.

Refunds will not be given in the case of selecting the incorrect size, fragrance, container, or label of product, or in the case that recipient address entered incorrectly and Moth and Flame Candle Company was not contacted promptly to correct the issue. Moth and Flame Candle Company is not responsible financially to provide a refund or replacement in the event that a product is used incorrectly, intentionally dangerously, or without reading the provided safety label on the packaging and/or candle vessel.
